Shift: Day Shift; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Title: Office Assistant
Summary
The Office Assistant is responsible for assisting with the organization and coordination of many administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Duties include, but are not limited to: serves the needs of customers, vendors, visitors, and employees. Answers phones and emails, files job tickets, types quotes, supports and assists management, sales staff, customer service representatives, billing, and other employees. Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Requirements
Must manage details well and have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and the ability to work under stress. Must have the desire and ability to serve others with enthusiasm. Must be flexible and cooperative. Must have good listening, negotiating, and telephone skills. Must have good interpersonal and customer relations skills.
