Customer Service Representative (Kansas City)
Modern Litho is hiring for a Customer Service Representative at our Kansas City facility. This position is responsible for the following duties, but not limited to: Provides service to external and internal customers. Creates and completes every job in detail, in Planning Software. Completes job tickets according to bid specifications and/or customer instructions. Enters jobs into production. Updates tickets when information is received and/or changed by customer. Acts as liaison between customers, sales staff, production employees and managers. Communicates with vendors and prepares purchase orders. Assists with answering phones when needed. Must manage details accurately and have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have good analytical skills, learning agility, and good knowledge of commercial printing. Must have knowledge of company processes and products. Must be organized, able to multitask, able to prioritize, and have the ability to work under stress. Must have the desire and ability to serve others with enthusiasm. Must be flexible and cooperative. Must have good listening, negotiating, and excellent communication skills in person or on the phone. Must have knowledge of company processes. Must have good interpersonal and customer relations skills. Commercial Print production experience, preferred. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of Customer Service experience.
