Modern Litho is always looking for great employees, and you can help! Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that new hires who come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors, have a longer tenure with the company, and are more cost effective overall.

This is where you come in! If you know someone who would be a good addition to Modern Litho and they meet the qualifications for an existing open position, it could be worth $1,000!

Bonus:
If you refer a qualified candidate using the Candidate Referral Form, they are hired and successfully complete their 90-day probationary period, you will receive a $250 Referral Bonus paid through payroll. If the employee successfully completes 1 year of employment, you will receive a $750 Referral Bonus paid through payroll.

Quarterly Drawing:
At the end of each quarter there will be a drawing for a valuable prize! For every qualified referral you make during the quarter, your name will be entered into the drawing for a $100 gift card.

Program Rules:
• All Modern Litho Employees, except those at Vice President level and above, HR personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates, are eligible for the Referral Bonus and quarterly drawing.
• The referral must represent the candidate’s first contact with Modern Litho. Temporary, summer, contract and former employees of Modern Litho are not eligible candidates for referral bonuses.
• HR will provide a list of current openings on the company monitors as vacancies occur.
• To be eligible for an award, an employee must submit a referral to HR with a Candidate Referral Form and a resume or employment application.
• The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible to receive the Referral Bonus payment.
• All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with company policies and procedures; only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
• To receive payment for a referral the referring employee must be currently employed.
• Any disputes or interpretations of the Employee Referral Program will be handled through HR.
• All Referral bonus payments will be paid within 30 days after the referred employee’s successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.
• This program is open to all Modern Litho locations.
