Change Is Hard, But So Is Winning
A look inside Modern Litho’s challenges and wins from a corporate strategy perspective.

At Modern Litho, we’ve been through a lot in our eight-decade history,
so we know that change is hard but required to grow. We also knew that
technology would always be at the forefront of every move we make.
We started out by investing in our pre-press and press systems, adding
automation to streamline our production and make us more efficient. That
technology update brought us more potential capacity, but we didn’t have
the technology in place to get the work to the production floor efficiently.
Our biggest bottlenecks were the software systems we relied on for sales
order management, estimating, and job entry.
