2023 Postal Rate Changes: July Update

The United States Postal Service has posted updated 2023 rate changes. The price changes will take effect on July 9, 2023. 

• First-Class Mail Forever stamp will increase by three cents to 66¢.
• First-Class domestic postcards will increase 51¢.
